Returns

We want your shopping experience with us to be pleasant and 100% hassle-free. If you ordered an item that just didn’t meet your expectations, the size was wrong, the color was wrong or you just changed your mind, we will gladly issue a refund (less applicable restock fee). 

Simply follow these easy return steps:

- Returns can be made within 30-days of purchase.
- Please e-mail us at returns@dancingbearsgifts.com to request a return authorization number.
- Please mark that number on the box or parcel on or near the return shipping label.
- Customer is responsible for original and return shipping and handling costs.
- A 15% restock fee will be deducted from the cost of merchandise returned.
